Valencia Calling!

A little boy yelled out when our plane touched down in Madrid, "We made it!" The whole plane laughed.
Exactly how we feel! We Made It!
All in one, the tandem as well!
With only two hours sleep, we got the rental mini van, packed it and headed for the coast. Three and a half hours of driving with stops to snooze, we made it to Valencia.
It took us a while to find the hotel but after driving around for over an hour, we managed to get a good spot to park, off load our things and get them to our room. The Tandem still remains in its box, next to the bed.
Barbara returned the rental car and we went off to eat.
Mostly a day of re-group and rest, tomorrow we head off for a day by bike and foot to see this beautiful city!
